Dennis is a founding partner of Synergy Environmental, formed in February of 2010, following eight years previous employment with Errol Montgomery & Associates where he served as the Operations Manager for the Scottsdale office and Director of their environmental business practice.  Prior to work at Montgomery & Associates, Dennis worked for nearly 20 years in increasingly responsible project management functions for Motorola, Salt River Project and the Arabian American Oil Company.


Dennis serves as Project Manager at the two largest federal and state Superfund sites in Arizona.  Beginning in 2001, Dennis became the Project Coordinator for Motorola Solutions, Siemens, and GlaxoSmithKline on the North Indian Bend Wash CERCLA Site, the largest federal Superfund site in Arizona.  Over the past three years, Dennis has directed Roosevelt Irrigation District’s efforts to implement an Early Response Action at the West Van Buren Area WQARF Site and will soon become the largest groundwater cleanup action in the state.  

Dennis received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry and Environmental Science in 1978, a B.S. degree in Geology in 1984, and a Master of Science degree in Geology in 1987 from Northern Arizona University.  He is a Registered Professional Geologist in Arizona and a founding member of the Arizona Hydrological Society where he has served in various capacities including Program Chairman, Vice President and President of the Phoenix Chapter and on the Corporate Board of Directors.  Dennis has served the State of Arizona on the Comparative Environmental Risk Management Project and Groundwater Cleanup Task Force.
